Hey Charti, do you know anything about Pup's mother?

Pup really took all of us, minus Daryl I guess, by surprise. None of us here on the farm had suspected that there was a romance going on between them. 

As for what I do know, it really isn’t much.

Since she never ventured too far into the farm I really didn’t ever get to talk to her myself. She was pretty big news around the farm pokemon when she first showed up though, and given that this place doesn’t get much big news it didn’t take long before we all knew about her.

Daryl was always kind of tight lipped about her but the miltank loved to gossip when they had a chance and I guess she’d talk to them every now and again.

According to them she was really smart. Not to make her seems special or anything since this is all second hand info, but apparently she knew a lot about farms and humans even though as a forest pokemon she shouldn’t have had a chance to learn about that stuff. 

I’d normally call BS on that kind of tale but who am I to decide that since I’ve never held a conversation with her in the first place. 

But um… If you want to know more ask Daryl or Lady. They actually knew her. Oh, and maybe Pecha too? She was brought to the farm only a few months before Pup was given to us and their mom disappeared but she acts like she knows some kind of big secret about them.

I still wish I had taken the chance to talk with her before she vanished. Just so I would have something more to tell Puppy.

(Poliwag@Charti) a lone Poliwag comes out from underneath a bush. "Woah, bird! You sure look really different from the other birdie I know!" it pauses to think, then takes in its surroundings. "Where is this, exactly? It's so strange compared to where I live..."

Hehehe, I’m not sure what kind bird pokemon you are used to seeing but I’m a torchic. Charti the torchic. Nice to meet you!

Anyhow, I think you might be a little lost, buddy. You’ve almost wandered onto the Jensen’s Egg and Dairy farm. I’d invite you to visit the farm proper but we don’t really have any accommodations for water types like yourself. I’d be afraid you’d shrivel up in all this heat!

Well, there are the water dishes… but I don’t think anyone would be keen on drinking from there if somebody’s been swimming in it… hmmm.

If you’re looking to stick around there’s a river to the south of the farm. It might be a bit of a walk for you but I’d rather you have somewhere to go than not.

Oh, and if you do decide to check out the farm just steer clear of the bull fields.They’re not the friendliest guys around, especially if the miltank are out with them. It’s hard to miss the big hulking brutes since you can see them coming a mile away but it still doesn’t hurt to be careful.
