is it bad to eat too much/not eat so healthy????
my mom just got done yelling at me because she said i could have ice cream and i ended up finishing it off (which was enough to fill up my bowl) and she said that i’m eating too much and shit like that
i told her that there’s nothing wrong with being fat or chubby and she said “yes there is if you eat unhealthy and make a pig of yourself”
i don’t really eat fruit or salad or anything like that but i handle normal meals with cooked veggies and meat and etc. but like........she’s mad because i took too much???? i understand there’s more than one person in my house but she already had some and the carton was literally finished up
i’m pretty sure this is the kind of thing that makes eating disorders happen so can i please get some reassuring words that it’s okay to eat more than normal and mostly eat sweets all the time?????
