These are random, dumb and completely made up... because I can! And because the riordanverse lacks *actual* main siblings (not weird ones or ones that kind of have the same parent) and I jus think both Annabeth and Magnus would vibe a lot so here are some of my headcanons.... LES GO
As kids, they used to hang out A LOT and play with Legos in Randolph’s library before ya know everything went to shit. They would also stay at the library and read till late night whenever they stayed over.
Randolph has kids ryt?? Ya he does... Magnus, Annabeth, Aubrey and Emma used to be really close. All the older generation Chase siblings + the 4 of them would go out on picnics a lot and just hang out and laugh
Magnus and Annabeth hanged out a lot before she went of to college, they used to meet at cafes and just sit and talk and reminisce things while laughing over new memories. Usually they meet up at book cafes and pick out books for each other and then order some food and quietly read together.
They go on double dates. A lot. A lot. A lot. They go to skate parks usually since it’s canon Percy is a skater and we all know Alex is definitely the type who roller blades. While Alex and Percy get ridiculously competitive Magnus and Annabeth sit to the side and either cheer them on or read books or just talk
Okay idk if Annabeth runs the Chase Space too but let’s jus say for a moment she does. She and Magnus spend their free weekends there. They go around cleaning and talking and they run a support group kind of things sometimes. They cook together for the kids if there are only a few of them and they always end up making a mess. When they clean it up they sing and dance and do domestic things.
Sometimes the both of them just live at the Chase Space when they really really miss life before all the demigod shit and chill out. It happens a lot and they just wander around the place and sometimes read. They nap together sometimes and cry when they just can’t take it anymore.
I said double dates didn’t I?? Ya not only at skate parks but once at a real fancy place. For some reason they sell some of Randolph’s belongings and make a shit ton of money. They use most use it to make the Chase Space a better place (that rhymed a lot). But then they had some left over so as celebration they go to a dam fancy place. They had to dress up and all that so Annabeth and Magnus were staying at the Chase Space at that time so they got dressed up in a gorgeous grey gown and pretty grey 3 piece suit respectively and meet Alex and Percy there. When both Alex and Percy turn to see their s/os their jaws drop. And cue the blushes on the Chace Faces.
Annabeth and Magnus took a ballroom dance class for no reason once just because they could and they were really good at it *bisexuality intensifies for me*
The both of them write letters all through Annabeth being in college and each of them have a box for the letters. Annabeth sends oh so many post cards to Magnus through her road trip. Magnus sends back chaotic moments back from Hotel Valhalla courtesy of floor 19.
They set aside 1 weekend every 2 months just for the both of them where its jus them. Sometimes they go around the city sometimes they watch movies sometimes they have a spa weekend but whatever it is they do it together and all day.
Gods I just love siblings. Especially Annabeth and Magnus. These to being domestic is jus drtraweguwihsvxwnhiyiqrvcygrv
