Trip for Kafir-Kalash
One of the significant attractions of Chitral is the Kalash valleys-the home of the Kafir-Kalash. A legend says that five troopers of the armies of Alexander of Macedon settled in Chitral and are the begetters of the Kafir-Kalash.
The 3,000 in number Kafir-Kalash live in the valley of Birir, Bumburet, and Rambur in the South. Bamburet, the biggest and the most beautiful valley of the Kafir-Kalash, is 40km from Chitral and is associated with a jeep capable street.Because of Kafir-Kalash, Chitral got more visitors.Rumbur is 32km from Chitral. Their pleasant headgear is made of woolen dark material decked out with cowrie shells. Canadian Outback: Road Trip Across Canada
Ever been to British Columbia? Neither have I, but I’ve planned the trip ten times over in my head since I was a boy and this summer I’ll finally be on that trip. The thing about living in Canada is noticing how small your home town is compared to the country itself. Canada is a beautiful country, from it’s east coast islands to the Canadian Rockies, their is no reason to go anywhere else when the country you live in has yet to be explored by your eyes. Why should you listen to me though? I’ve never been anywhere. I am advising you to take the risk to just trust in my words and believe that, a road trip across Canada would be your greatest adventure ever!
Before you start the journey around Canada's great land, the first thing you most definitely need to do is --- bring your best friend. NO, not your dog. I’m talking about someone who you feel is your best friend. Why you ask? Well there is no better way to do it! Ever been in a fight with your spouse on a trip? Good, keep it that way and go with someone different. Reason is, you always have fun with your best friend whether your freezing your bum off with the polar bears by Hudson Bay or sweating like a real cowboy during the stampede in Calgary you will always be having fun no matter what and that’s a fact.
Think you need tons of money? You don’t, not even for gas. Great thing about great trips is being able to make a great time without money. Great right? It’s Canada’s 150th anniversary this summer, and guess what? That means free entry to some of the countries most beautiful places! Also, you know those red gasoline tanks at the gas stations? Start stocking up on one every time until the summer, and its safe to say my friend, that you will be over well equipped for the long country wide tour in the summer!
So just remember one last thing. Don’t think too much about where your going and how much its going to cost; just focus on the moments your going to have to make priceless memories that last a lifetime.
