Too add onto the whole terrible week of food.
I am currently making bbq pulled pork. I’m trying to kid myself by saying it won’t be that bad, but pork shoulder has so much fat in it. And the bbq sauce probably won’t be much better.
The scales will hate me tomorrow.
03.04 - 09.04.2023
So as I said before last week was my first Cheat week, due to me visiting my Partner in the UK.
All in all, we had so much food. I think we ordered takeout or ate at a Pub 90% of the time and then still killed a bag of chips on the couch. I stopped tracking at day 3, because that just made me look at my food choices weird and I preferred to just be able to order without having to think about that.
All in all we also went on so many walks & bike rides that I felt we had a pretty good food to activity ratio.
Tomorrow I am starting my first fulltime course for my masters and somehow I am not that excited about the prospect of just sitting around all day. Especially since its gonna be all about bookkeeping and accounts. I am already looking forward to have that done, so I can fully focus on my blinds and smart home solutions, that I actually enjoy. Luckily I already checked the area and there’s a boulder place and a hiking trail close by, so if the weather will allow it I might take it up on that.
No weight update today, but I am still right on track (:
When your cheat meal turns into a cheat week.
Horrible eating weekend is over!
Ended at -106 points. My first 2 days of tracking on ww i was -111 (but wasnt removing fit points but still that was just 2 days not a week).
I definitely think my hormones have been making me hungrier and craving junk food. However i did not feel good after eating junk all weekend so im actually looking forward to healthy meals this week. I still have some junk food leftovers im going to spread out during the week and valentines weekend will add some desserts but as long as i hold steady and do a bit better than this week i will be happy. After that i should be good to be super healthy again for at least 2 weeks.
Ive started enjoying my workouts again which make me happy. Its amazing how losing 5lbs can make it feel so different. I have more energy and im less worried about how i look so i cam really focus on my workout and less on how my pants are cutting into my stomach.

Getting back to it tomorrow. But tonight? Tonight I'm eating pizza rolls and mac & cheese bites while I watch Westworld.
So I'm doing a pretty bad job. I wanted to get back on "the wagon" but then it was Easter weekend. And my birthday is tomorrow. And I'm going out again for aforementioned birthday on Friday. So while I'm going to try and not go TOO crazy, I'm not tracking my food intake until probably next Monday. Should I still post my fitbit info? ... and if you think I ate ANY of the vegetables on that tray, you're very wrong.
