I finally finished it.
I’m going to be busy with freelance work for a while after this so I may not post as much for a bit. But, when I can I’ll be drawing :P I’ve been in the artzy mood.
“A Quiet Moment”
I loved this scene where Adora interacts with the hologram of Catra. Adora realizes her true feelings for Catra and it’s just such a beautiful scene. It’s so touching. I made the tail a little too low lol I’ll have to fix that.
This week I have been both in a good mood and also down a bit too thinking about my best friend who passed away a few months ago we shared a really close bond so our friendship reminds me a lot of Catra and Adora’s and we had a deeper bond as well. This just kind of speaks to the longing to connect with her again. I just miss her. In a few days it will be 3 months that she has been gone. Missing her hits me out of the blue sometimes. I’ve been feeling like doing a close interaction picture so I did this one.
I tried out the markers in clip studio and used the blending tool and I really like the way the shading turned out. I need to try some lineless sometime too. I am not entirely satisfied with the background but, it’s what I came up with lol. I hope you like it :P
