Recently been exploring more Mean girls songs, and upon listening to "Revenge Party" (I have not been able to stop listening to it help) I'm now thinking about MML but Mean Girls AU

All I know is these two sassy fools are required to be Janis and Damian (second is an OC)
In any other AU, it would be Melissa and Zack as Janis and Damian, but these two have the same dynamic, and Ashlyn doesn't work anywhere else. Plus, Barrett Wilbert Weed is Ashlyn's voiceclaim.
And you can't tell me Bradley DOESN'T sound like Damian.
I'm thinking maybe Amanda as Cady, and Lydia as Regina?
I think Amanda works best as Gretchen Wieners though...
But if you put Milo in for Aaron, it matches up better, and it makes the "HE'S MINE" scene between Amanda and Lydia better.
It also gives Ashlyn motive to help Amanda, if Milo is in a toxic relationship.
My only issue now is that I'm running out of characters. I could bring in Candace and Stacy and Jeremy, but they're not in the same age group as the MML gang, and wouldn't be going to the same school.
Looking through the wiki, there are some more girl characters I can put to use, but they have zero personality to work with based off of assumption
Grace, Erika, Cherlyn, Chelsea, Brittany, and Anna. They've all got maybe five lines between them, but enough unique design to them that if you said they were secondary characters, it'd be believable.
Lydia is enough of a background character, and shown to be "the popular girl" that I can just say "yea they're part of her clique"
The AU might be destroying Lydia's character, but some sacrifices must be made *loads gun*
I'm looking at Chelsea and automatically I register her as blorbo :') maybe cause she looks like an OC of mine? Brittany looks like me oh mah gawsh-
I'm leaning towards Chelsea as Gretchen and Cherlyn as Karen
