Last cheering in high school life

DCCS' Cheerdance Competition 2013 held earlier at gymnasium charot lang. Formal masyado. To make things short, we lose. Yes. Champion Juniors, 1st runner up kami, Seniors, 2nd runner up Freshmen, and the 3rd runner up is Sophomores. 1st runner up man, BEST PEP SQUAD naman. BEWNG.

I feel bad for freshmen and sophies tho. Pero lalo samin. I've always thought na palaging nananalo ang Seniors, but I guess this was a very tight competition. Nakahanap kami ng katapat, indeed.

Juniors, tinalo kami. Sophomores sila last year, tinalo din nila kami. Yung feeling na pinagdaop naming lahat yung palad namin, nagdasal nang bonggang bongga, my prayers be like 'Lord sana manalo kami please please..'

Emcee: '1st runner up is...'

Me again: '..please Lord last yr na namin 'to, sana naman maranasan naming manalo please po--'

Emcee: 'SENIORS!'

Heard nothing but the Juniors' happy voices and their supporters' cheers screaming and dancing joyfully. Sobrang tahimik ng Seniors.. But after a few seconds, we all got up and rejoiced for Juniors' victory(medyo sarcasm yung ginawa namin), and our's too. Not bad, i thought. But still, sobrang nakaka-lungkot.

TIE daw kami ng Juniors, sabi ng emcee. Kung na-kumpleto sana yung costume ng dancers, edi PANG. Sure win. Kaso wala e. Okay momod.

CONGRATULATIONS TO US SENIORS BATCH 2013-2014 OF DCCS FOR WINNING 1ST RUNNER UP PLACE IN THE CHEER DANCE COMPETITION! Supremo Seniores! Cheer up and let's show what we've got. Sports fest is just starting. Let the games begin.

09-15-08. PUP Gymnasium. Heleena did not win as Ms. Intrams but at least she's prettier than the winner.. haha!
