Good morning! Let’s #TBT to a few hours ago when @work_hard_eat_harder work up early and got our workouts on. Why? Because its important to us and we make time for that’s important. Do I like waking up before my husband and crawling around in the dark while he looks so cozy? No, I would love to stay sleeping. But I don’t like excuses, especially the “I don’t have time”... you make time for whats important. This is important, so we wake up and get it done. This morning? 3 Rounds Of: 10 Chin-Ups 10 KB Clean + Press 20 KB Squats 20 Decline Push-ups 1 Lap 45-lb Plate Bear Crawl 50 Frog Sit-ups 10 Burpees 30 Jump Rope And a finisher of 3 minute: Bear Crawl + Hollow Holds I’m still recovering from the weekend and feeling weak, so I didn’t push too hard. Felt great to sweat before the chaos of the day! No excuses.
