These Low Carb Cheeseburger Wraps have all the great tastes of a cheeseburger without the bun. They are a quick and easy gluten-free and keto-friendly alternative that tastes great.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 4 large lettuce leaves. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp mustard. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 tsp garlic powder.
Instructions: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it's browned and cooked through. Break it into crumbles as it cooks. Add diced onions to the cooked beef and saut until they become translucent and fragrant. Season the beef and onions with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well to combine. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to create a sauce. Place a large lettuce leaf on a clean surface as your 'wrap'. Add a portion of the beef and onion mixture onto the center of the lettuce leaf. Top with diced tomatoes, pickles, and a slice of cheddar cheese. Drizzle the mayo-mustard sauce over the ingredients. Fold the sides of the lettuce leaf over the filling, then roll it up to form a wrap. Repeat the process with the remaining lettuce leaves and ingredients.
