Indulge in the delightful combination of monster cookies, chocolate, and creamy cheesecake with these decadent bars. They are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 3 large eggs. 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup M&M's candies optional. 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 325F 160C and line a 9x13-inch 23x33cm baking pan with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust. Sprinkle the semisweet chocolate chips over the crust layer. In a separate bowl, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, until the cheesecake mixture is creamy. Stir in the rolled oats and mix until evenly distributed throughout the cheesecake batter. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chocolate chip layer in the baking pan, spreading it out evenly. If desired, sprinkle M&M's candies and chopped nuts on top of the cheesecake layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up the cheesecake. Cut into bars and enjoy!
