Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup lettuce leaves. 1/2 cup tomato slices. 1/4 cup red onion slices. 4 slices of crispy bacon. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp ketchup. 1 tbsp mustard. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 4 pickle slices.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, salt, and black pepper to a bowl. Mix slowly, then make 4 patties of the same size. For medium-rare, grill the burger patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. If you want them more done, cook them for longer. In the last minute of cooking, cover the grill and put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. This will melt the cheese. Toast the buns on the grill until they are lightly browned while the burgers are cooking. To make a unique sauce, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Spread the special sauce on the toasted buns before putting the burgers together. On the bottom bun, put a lettuce leaf. Then, add a burger patty with melted cheese. On top of the patty, put a slice of tomato, red onion, and bacon. Put a slice of pickle on each burger, and then put the other half of the bun on top.
