Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas. 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/4 cup chocolate chips. 1/4 cup shredded coconut optional.
Instructions: Cut the bananas into rounds that are about 1/2 inch thick after peeling them. Put a little peanut butter on one half of the banana slices. Add the last few banana slices on top to make sandwiches. On a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, put the banana sandwiches. Add chocolate chips and coconut shreds to the top of each sandwich. Freeze the baking sheet for at least two hours, or until it is completely frozen. Once the banana bites are frozen, put them in a container or freezer bag that won't let air in.
