Ingredients: 1 lb mixed vegetables broccoli, cauliflower, carrots. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup butter. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, combine mixed vegetables. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth, then gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until thickened. Pour sauce over vegetables in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until vegetables are tender.
