Ingredients: 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 2 oz cream cheese. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Follow the directions that came with your waffle iron to heat it up. Put the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring every 30 seconds, until everything is melted and well mixed. Mix the eggs in a different bowl. Pour in the melted cheese and mix it in until it's smooth. This is where you add the baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until everything is well mixed.
