Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 2 tablespoons coconut flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 3 large eggs. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives. Cooking spray or melted butter for greasing waffle iron.
Instructions: Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped chives. Spray the preheated waffle iron with cooking spray or brush with melted butter. Pour enough batter onto the waffle iron to cover about 3/4 of the surface area.
