i want to make the annex crew in tomodachi life but i realised i uh. i still don't have designs for these guys. so some rough, basic concept drafts
#madness combat#fd_art#chopper dave#chef pava#quartermaster bert#bossman is like. just a head so i won't tag him honestly. i didn't do a draft design because i imagine the colours would matter more#cus it'd be like. tattered but fixed up hoodie from his grunt model and nothing too fancy. maybe some medal variations heheh#these aren't super refined/neat so i can probably tidy up their shape language more when i do them. well. properly. but i'm pretty happy#with how they look so far! they at least look quite distinct from one another. qbert was the hardest cus i wanted to#give him something that wasn't just the... hat... and he makes a ton of references and the re4 merchant look made sense. remains to be#seen how he'll translate when properly tidied but i'm a big fan of how he's just like. a guy under there. but yknow there's more going on#i'll talk more about them when i make this nicer. i have quite a few thoughts or headcanon ideas and the like. i also need to add skinner#but honestly skinner's design is pretty perfect already. i don't think i'll change toooo much about them#i love you dave. lot of inspiration from hl:a russell who is so charming#pava looks like jeb's cousin and its cracking me up I DIDN'T INTEND THAT. i already like his face too much goddamnit
