Back had worked with greats like Morimoto and Nobu, and his restaurants can be found all over the world, from Bali to Korea. Chef Back’s passion is creating culinary experiences that encourage diners to connect emotionally with the food. And he executed this beautifully, with Kumi. From the natural wood furniture and cherry blossom walls, to the dramatic sushi bar, the ambient beats and the colorful presentation of the food - it is a feast for the senses.
