The life of a chef is quite sacrificed, it requires you to wake up very early and go to bed very late at night. And always be aware that each dish, each seasoning and each ingredient achieved the desired effect on taste, texture and smell. In order to make food an experience for every person that visits us in the restaurant, I must trust those who accompany me in this culinary adventure. One of the most important people for me and also my compatriot is Martin Rodriguez, to whom I owe a lot, for the great help that I have to have him by my side as a sub chef, in addition to the great friendship that unites us, as companions of this gastronomic experience in Egypt. Dr W. J. Cherf, acclaimed author of Bow Tie, will be at Brainfood Bookstore on Saturday, November 17th, at 2pm.  “A former ancient historian and archaeologist who has been there and dug that!" There is no question about it. Bill is passionate about ancient history, archaeology, and life in general.

This colorful author, energetic speaker, and former university professor has witnessed the sun rise over the Nile Valley from atop the Great Pyramid  Crawled on his hands and knees through dense holly oak brush in order to trace the course of a long lost mountain fortification in the wild mountains of Central Greece Savagely participates in amateur road racing with the National Auto Sport Association,  Battles to this day advanced prostate cancer  And now, has dared to write an engaging science fiction trilogy based upon his first love – ancient Egypt. So was forged a trilogy called The Manuscripts of the Richards’ Trust:
