Can't remember how it was last time I posted but, I have important updates that will make a difference:
- I am now living with my boyfriend! Which means I am in control of my intake and activities. Gotta say moving really got me tired and have spent a couple months doing pretty much nothing other than working, gaming and sleeping.
- Gained weight 🥺: My current number is terrible! I feel awful and tbh I deserve it ...haven't been disciplined and let myself go by just doing nooothing - It was obvious that with no physical activity I was going to gain.
Now here we are working on getting myself back to my precious numbers 💕
- Got a new job! Now I work from home which will make it easier for me to workout and keep moving throughout the day. Goal is to buy a desk treadmill, though those are quite expensive.
- Trying the cabbage soup diet: Started this Monday woohoo! I do have a supportive boyfriend that helps me stay on track with it so I am hoping to have good results by the end of it. Have registered my initial weight and will be reporting on the final one as I complete this diet.
I have an important even on December 1st so I gotta stay strong!
