This is a lower ABV riff of Alba Huerta’s “Cherry Bounce Sour” : 1 1/4 oz - Bourbon 100 Proof 1 oz - Cherry Shrub 1/2 oz - simple syrup 1/4 oz - lemon juice 1 oz - aquafaba 1 dash - Angostura bitters -Dry shake Cherry shrub, Angostura, lemon juice, simple syrup and aquafaba til frothy. Add Bourbon and ice, shake til cold.
