Indulge in the delightful combination of sweet cherries and creamy vanilla reminiscent of a classic cream soda, all in the form of homemade ice cream. This recipe uses all-natural ingredients for a fresh and delicious treat.

Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup cherry juice preferably all-natural. 1/2 cup chopped fresh cherries. Pinch of salt.

Instructions: In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cherry juice, and a pinch of salt until sugar is dissolved. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. During the last few minutes of churning, add in the chopped fresh cherries. Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Serve scoops of the cherry vanilla cream soda ice cream in bowls or cones. Enjoy!

Enjoy this homemade ice cream, which has a great mix of sweet cherries and smooth vanilla. This is a great treat for hot summer days or any time you want something cool!

Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup fresh cherries, pitted and chopped. 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Instructions: Whisk sugar, vanilla extract, heavy cream, and whole milk together in a bowl until the sugar is completely mixed in. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the directions on the machine. Just before the last 5 minutes, add the salt and chopped cherries. Once the ice cream is the consistency you want, put it in a container that can go in the freezer and freeze it for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm. Serve and have fun!

These vegan scones are bursting with the flavors of tart cherries and fragrant vanilla. The addition of vegan sour cream lends a tangy richness to the scones, while the Vanilla Cream Spread adds a creamy sweetness to every bite.

Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup vegan sour cream. 1/2 cup vegan butter, cold and cubed. 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. For Vanilla Cream Spread:. 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese. 2 tablespoons powdered sugar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk. Using a pastry cutter or fork, cut in cold cubed vegan butter until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs. You can add chopped dried cherries now. Mix vegan sour cream, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a different bowl until everything is well mixed. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until they are just mixed. Place the dough on a surface that has been lightly floured. Knead the dough gently a few times until it comes together. Make a circle out of the dough that is about an inch thick. Cut the dough into 8 wedges with a sharp knife. Put the scones on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Mix vegan cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth while the scones are baking. Serve with scones. After baking the scones and letting them cool a bit, serve them with Vanilla Cream Spread. Have fun with your tasty Vanilla Cream Spread on Cherry-Vanilla Sour Cream Scones!
