Is there any pokemon whose entire species is a crossbreed, and the pure "original" breed is extinct?

Okay, so how Darwinian evolution works with crossbreeds is basically this: breed a pokemon enough over and over again and you'll eventually get a new species. Takes a while, but it can happen. This won't talk about common ancestors that count as different pokemon or pokemon that evolved go fit their environment without repeated crossbreeding, because those are different things.
When I say "repeatedly bred with X species", I usually mean that one pokemon was bred with two different species and then their offspring were bred with more of the species of their father or a new species entirely. Sometimes, pokemon are bred with the same species but the other one they are bred with is a crossbreed of a different pokemon.
Eevee is the best example of this. The reason their genes are so unstable is because they have so much differing DNA in them. They're also both canines and felines because of it
The Quaquaval line evolved from Ducklet that ended up in Paldea and kept breeding with Wingull and Flamigo and then back with other quaxly.
Granbull are thought to come about from breeding ancient war dogs (probably primitive forms of Mabostiff), Tauros, Pilowswine, and Blissey. Lost a lot of the traits from these other mon overtime (hence the lack of pattern for most standard breeds), but the traits of these pokemon can be seen trhough their tusks (from Piloswine), their name (granBULL bcuz Tauros is a bull), and their shoulder pads which are from Blissey
Audino are man-made pokemonnand come about from Blissey that were bred with female Indeedee and lopunny (ik I've said in the past that Audino and Indee aren't related species. I take that back)
Early versions of (female) Chestnaught were repeatedly bred with Ryhorn and Sandslash and then bred back with purebred (early) female Chestnaught so the line could be stronger and have tougher shells. Kalos royalty did this in around the late 1700s early 1800s to have knight-like pokemon guard their gardens, and they eventually ended up becoming the starter for the Kalos region
Modern-day Litten were bred with Purugly and Growlithe litten mixes so they would be more domestic/friendly
Modern-day Tepig have Lechonk DNA in them, most likely so they would be cuter to people. Before they started being bred, they looked and acted more aggressive
Modern-day fennekin are the result of repeatedly breeding Braixen with Herdier + Meowstic to result in a more friendly starter breed. Old fenniken looked relatively the same, but they looked more wild and had smaller eyes and a stockier build.
I like to think that tons of Pokemon absolutely adore being baby-talked to.
