An important update.

Chestnutfest 2024 is upon us, and I've very much been looking forward to participating this year. I love taking the time to celebrate Krillin and 18 and their relationship, I love exploring them more as characters, and I really love seeing everyone's interpretations of it. This year, though, things are rough. My mother's health is in an especially bad place right now, and I have to tend to her a lot more often than usual. This has been especially hard on my sleep schedule and my own health, and it's extremely difficult for me to focus on anything as intensive as writing for me at the moment. So, I've made the very, very difficult decision not to participate in Chestnutfest this year. It genuinely pains me to do so, but I really just cannot sit down and focus on writing at this time. I still love the prompts and still want to do some of them, but I just cannot guarantee when that will be. Apologies to anyone who was looking forward to my writing, and I'm so, so sorry to the K18 community. I feel like I'm letting you guys down. I promise I'll get these out as soon as I have the opportunity.

YAHOOOOO CHESTNUT FEST !!!!!

\o/ i went for western +  a smidge of nostalgia ???? they are in western-esque clothes, and I attempted an early 1900s fashion while modernizing it just enough for them to look dapper and not like cowboys LOL !! as someone who lives “in the west” I can’t say I’m huge on the cowboy hats, but I LOVE the floofy dresses and dapper clothes !!!

the nostalgia comes in with the fair (?) setting, which I somewhat rushed and just had fun with hehe <3 I don’t think I’ve ever actually been to a fair? so like it’s not nostalgic to me, per se..... hahaha... fairs are nostalgic though right????
