We only took them out with us on our last day (mall hopping) since the first four days were spent shopping at weekend markets, night markets, and eating out. So it would be a risky move to have them in my bag when I have so many things to take out everytime :< i don't wanna lose one of em.

I went to see these in person:

The recently released Danganronpa prize plushies come in two series, Puchisshu and Chibigurumi. These are the Chibigurumi ones. I couldn't find the Puchisshu series anywhere. 🥲

The design on these isn't really to my taste, so I didn't try to win any of them. Still, I was happy just to see so many of them lined up together.

The Monokuma in the front is oddly squashed. I wonder if that's evidence that someone tried really hard to win him...

The THL prize items were released a little while ago as well. It looked like this arcade had stocked them at some point, but none were left. If they were all won because they were popular, that would make me very happy.

To be honest, I've already preordered the Nuipal plushies:

Judging from the sample photos, the clothing details in that series are exceptionally well done, and that's what really sold me on them. I preordered Makoto, Kyoko, Junko, Kaede, Shuichi, and Kokichi. I skipped the characters from Danganronpa 2 because I wasn't happy with their sculpting. Maybe I'm just too particular when it comes to them. 😛

Because of that, I only buy plushies when I genuinely love the design. Even so, it always makes me happy to come across Danganronpa plushies out in the wild, so I wanted to share a little of that excitement.
