ചിക്കൻ കബ്സ തയ്യാറാക്കിയത് : സുനിത മധു ചേരുവകള്‍ 1.ചിക്കന്‍-ഒന്ന് (തൊലിയോടെ നെടുകെ രണ്ടായി മുറിച്ചത്) 2 .കബ്സ സ്പൈസ്: ഏലക്കായ-ഒരു സ്പൂണ്‍, ജാതിക്ക -അര സ്പൂണ്‍, ഗ്രാമ്പു -ഒരു സ്പൂണ്‍, ജാതിപത്രി -അര സ്പൂണ്‍, കുരുമുളക് -ഒരു സ്പൂണ്‍, ബേ ലീവ്സ് -രണ്ട് എണ്ണം, ചുക്ക് -ഒരു സ്പൂണ്‍ 3.ബസ്മതി അരി -രണ്ട് കപ്പ് 4.ഉള്ളി -രണ്ടെണ്ണം 5.തക്കാളി -രണ്ടെണ്ണം 6.പച്ചമുളക് -രണ്ടെണ്ണം 7.ഇഞ്ചി, വെളുത്തുള്ളി അരച്ചത് -രണ്ട് സ്പൂണ്‍ 8.ഒലിവ് ഓയില്‍ -ആവശ്യത്തിന് 9.ഉപ്പ്-പാകത്തിന് 10.ഗ്രാമ്പു -5-6 എണ്ണം 11 .കുരുമുളക് -10 എണ്ണം 12.ഏലക്കായ -2-3 എണ്ണം 13.ബേ ലീവ്സ് -2-3 എണ്ണം 14.പട്ട -രണ്ട് എണ്ണം തയാറാക്കുന്ന വിധം: കബ്സ സ്പൈസ് (രണ്ടാമത്തെ ചേരുവകള്‍) മിക്സിയില്‍ പൊടിച്ചെടുക്കുക. പകുതി സ്പൈസ് പൗഡര്‍ ഇഞ്ചി, വെളുത്തുള്ളി പേസ്റ്റോടുകൂടി ചിക്കനില്‍ മാരിനേറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് വെക്കുക (ഒരു മണിക്കൂര്‍). ഒരു വലിയ നോണ്‍സ്റ്റിക് പാത്രത്തിലേക്ക് ചിക്കന്‍ ഇറക്കിവെക്കുക. അല്‍പം എണ്ണയും ചേര്‍ക്കുക. ചിക്കന്‍െറ രണ്ടു വശങ്ങളും വേവിക്കുക (അര മണിക്കൂര്‍ സിമ്മില്‍). വേവിച്ച ചിക്കന്‍ മാറ്റി അതേ എണ്ണയിലേക്ക് 10-14 വരെയുള്ള ചേരുവ ഇട്ട് മൂപ്പിക്കുക. ഇതിലേക്ക് 4-7 ചേരുവ ഇട്ട് വഴറ്റുക. ബാക്കിയുള്ള കബ്സ സ്പൈസ് ചേര്‍ക്കുക. മൂന്ന് കപ്പ് വെള്ളം ഒഴിച്ച് തിളപ്പിക്കുക. തിളച്ച വെള്ളത്തിലേക്ക് അരി ഇട്ട് മൂടിവെച്ച് വേവിക്കുക. ചോറിന് മുകളിലേക്ക് ചിക്കന്‍ അലങ്കരിച്ച് വെക്കുക. #fprecipes #malayalamrecipes #chickenrecipes #kabsa #chickenkabsa https://www.instagram.com/p/BneP-ORnKww/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=11gdo9k1ckzho
