These Spicy-Sweet Chicken Wings are a perfect balance of heat and sweetness, making them an irresistible appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken wings. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tbsp sriracha sauce. 1 tbsp sesame oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp ginger, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Put soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl and mix them together to make the marinade. Toss the chicken wings in the marinade to coat them all over, then put them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Grilled chicken wings should be put on a baking sheet with parchment paper on the bottom. Add pepper and salt. After the oven is hot, bake the wings for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are done all the way through and crispy. Remove from the oven when done and top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy while hot!
