How I Met Your Father
Kids, this is the story of how I met your father. Back in my time, I had an idea that love was fallacy. It was bullshit tangina. It's not real and it was for losers. But everything that I believed in was changed when I met your father. Kids, the Universe will stop you into going to a deep hole that would make your life miserable. The Universe has its ways in the world and I can't begin to explain on how it constantly moves. But what I know is that it's never wrong, never late, and always at the right place. It was a sunny day when I stepped out of the old apartment. I was craving to eat at this local restaurant down the street because patay gutom ako but I turned left instead of going straight because I remembered that the old restaurant is close every Sunday and kids, up until now the old restaurant is still open. Anyways, I turned left because there was a hotdog stand near the flower shop. I was hungry and I needed a snack. After eating the hotdog, I came across this garage sale. The owner of the garage sale was a WWII veteran. He told me his war stories. He said that he fell in love with the city even though it was destroyed. "Even though everything is in ruins, beauty is seen" he said to me. I saw an old picture of his regiment, an old picture of him and tanks, and a letter of his father to him. I checked out the things for sale in his garage sale. An old calendar, baseball cards and clocks were seen throughout the place. After checking out everything, I stumbled upon a WWII Zippo lighter for sale and surprisingly it doesnt have damage and still intact. I asked the wonderful old man how much is it but he gave it to me for free for being an awesome listener. Kids, I don't smoke ha nakakaloka there's just something about the lighter. I parted ways with the old man and settled down to a coffee shop near his place. I entered the coffee shop and there he was, I saw him sitting down waiting for his coffee while holding a cigarette. Kids, I know that smoking is bad for your health but with coffee, you would think otherwise. Anyways, I saw him there as I was in line. Usually people wouldn't like long lines to get their order but that day when I saw your father for the very first time, I could just stand there and just look at him sitting down with his unlit cigarette in his hand. As the barista walked towards him to give him the coffee he ordered I started to panic because I thought he was leaving so I just ordered a bottled water and told the cashier to hurry. When the barista gave him the drink, he stood up and walked towards the smoking area. He checked his left and right pockets for a lighter. I walked towards him with the zippo that the old man gave me then I touched his left shoulder. As he turned around I smiled. When he looked at me, I knew that day that I will spend every waking moment with him. Now kids, why is the little details important in the story? Because everything is connected. If I walked straight towards the old restaurant instead of going left, then the timing wouldn't be right. There are thousands of coffee shops in the city and if I haven't met the old man, I wouldn't be in that coffee shop and I've never met your father. But instead, The Universe worked its mysterious ways and made everything right. That day when I stepped out of the apartment I never knew that my life would change forever. Maybe one day that will happen to you too but let's not think about it. Because it will happen at a day when you least expect it. Because maybe life isn't clear or maybe it's in ruins but, beauty is always seen. And kids, that is the story of how I met your father.
Probably may deserve pa akong iba.
That person will accept you physically and emotionally. Through sex kasi, madalas nalabas lahat yun. All inhibitions and vulnerability kasi nalabas throught that act.
Unsure kung twisted ang thinking ko or what?
What’s your opinion?
Yung parang may wallpaper.
"Deserve Ko 'To" – Pero Paano Naman ang Bukas?
✨ The Joy of Being Able to Spend
At totoo — "deserve mo ‘yan."
🧠 Why Do We Spend More on Luxuries First?
You’ve worked so hard. You’ve denied yourself for so long. So when money comes in, the first impulse is:
Emotional healing: “Na-deprive kami noon, ngayon babawi kami.”
Lack of financial guidance: “Wala namang nagturo kung paano magplano sa pera.”
🏢 For the Working Class: Is Your Hard Work Paying Off Long-Term?
If you're already earning a steady income — whether you're in operations, admin, marketing, or leadership — ask yourself: ✅ May naiipon ba ako para sa future home? ✅ May health or emergency fund ba ako?
The important thing is to start now, and start small.
💡 Shifting to a Long-Term Mindset
Hindi mo kailangang bitawan agad ang luho. Pero dapat, natututo kang mag-balanse. Narito ang ilang tips:
Instead of impulsive purchases, set a “reward month” (e.g., every 3rd month lang bibili ng gadget or magta-travel). The rest of the time, save first.
2. Start with an emergency fund.
3. Auto-deduct savings.
Mag-set up ng automatic transfer ng savings kada sweldo. Treat savings as an expense — bayaran mo ang future self mo.
4. Invest in what appreciates, not depreciates.
Gadget? Bumababa ang value over time. Bahay o lupa?
5. Surround yourself with goal-setters.
Kung puro gastos lang ang usapan sa barkada, try to expand your circle. Be with people na marunong mag-budget, mag-invest, at magplano.
🔑 Mindset Maintenance: Think Legacy
You don’t need to be rich to start building. You just need to start with the right mindset.
And so I think I'm back
Bakit naging awkward ka bigla sa kanya? Parang kanina lang ay oks ka. Tapos magiging ilang sa pag galaw?
Is there any trigger bakit naging ganon? Selos ba? Hahaha
Anong kailangan kong i-explain dun?
