Rambles under the cut, as always

Tried to make this look like it was in motion, I'm not that good with dynamic poses yet. I used a shot from Goyles and Goyles (I think that's the name) as a ref for the background and realized too late it didn't match the color scheme of Chila's reference- oh well!

(He's supposed to be the I in the background graffiti, but I don't think it ended up being that obvious :^)

Ronin is a lotta fun to draw! And also- LOOK HOW PERFECT THE MASK TAILS TURNED OUT, I'VE NEVER MADE THEM LOOK THAT GOOD BEFORE, WHAT!?

"Are You Not Entertained?!" -Ronin

And here's the final piece! This is for @chil-aglia DTIYS. Done in Magma!

So a little explanation... When I first saw the post, I IMMEDIATELY thought of "are you not entertained" from Gladiator and wanted to draw Ronin in that pose. I even tried to do some lighting and shading!

YA'LL! The rocks? I peaked! I found a background screenshot from the Battle Nexus and... Did the rocks from memory and then grabbed the picture to get the colors.

The floor I could NOT for the life of me do, so I took the little picture I used, expanded it, and then just... copied the lines (I know a lot of people are against tracing but I just couldn't get the LOOK right! T^T) Then used the dropper tool to get the colors.

The people in the stands? Made several little circles to get the spacing where I wanted and... drew each little person BY HAND. The front row in the middle I was so ambitious... and then ambition started to drop. Still happy about the crowd though!

And here's some close ups of the easter eggs I added!

First up! We got April, Mikey, Donnie, Raph, and Leo watching on the left hand side.

A teeny tiny Sylas (Chil-Aglia's ROTTMNT sona) in the back center seats.

And last but not least we have ME ( K ), my Ronin (his info here and here), and my new ROTTMNT OC... who still doesn't have a name (I'm sorry dude! I'll come up with something! ...Eventually >.> ) [Shamelessly plugging myself? Absolutely.... OK, there's a lil' bit of shame but like... 20%]
