What about Chinese cuisine?

Apparently, you can find a chinese restaurant everywhere in the world. Different taste, different ways of cooking etc. I’ve found something interesting from the province of Henan China. It’ll tantalized your taste buds with this particular food.  

A chinese friend treat us for dinner, actually this restaurant is not even in our option. As we reached the place, They were looking for this popular dumpling restaurant, However the said dumpling place is no longer exist in that area. As we walk around, we found this casual restaurant so called The Old Goose Place. At first glance, I thought it was just a common not so good restaurant. The ambiance is something different in other restaurants, inside you can smoke and drink. They’ve got an “Estante” where you can choose some food to eat like “Ready to serve”. I thought i’ll be choosing my food from that estante. I was surprised when the server gave us their menu.  A not so long service they first serve this huge bowl (served like a hotpot). It’s a goose meat with some veggies on top! This dish is one of a kind, I tell you! there’s no ramish taste nor bad smell from goose, Well cooked! The soup is a bit spicy which i loved it!! Next, they served this veggies with some fish paste in it & the braised pork where you need to eat it with the bao. It’s really tasty! And the last dish is beyond! I know it’s just a bread in pan with a dip, but this is heaven! The dip is made by a watermelon with some chilli oil. The bread is Fab! The texture of the bread is absolutely distinctive. Perfect with the dip!
