This one I got inspiration from Chipotle. I don't usually eat there, but a coworker of mine got a free burrito bowl and gave it me. I'm not one to turn down free food so I ate it and I actually liked it.
I liked it so much I decided to recreate it at home, plus I had most of the ingredients anyways.
Recipe:
CHICKEN
Saute in teriyaki sauce and siracha
Pepper
Salt
Garlic powder
Cayenne powder
Paprika
Onion powder
Rice, I used white rice. If you want to be healthier then I would use Quinoa.
After the rice is ready, I put the amount I want in a plate. I squeezed lime juice and mixed it with the rice then chopped up some cilantro and mixed that in too.
I chopped up some green bell peppers, and red onions and mix those in too. Topped with black beans, sweet white corn and then the chicken that I made.
It actually didn't turn out too bad. I've already made it a few time.
