          But his stomach ACHES–!! It had been too long since he’d last eaten. He places a hand over his belly ––– unable to maintain his usual calm, carefree composure. His voice is strained, as his mouth salivates.

         AND ETHEREAL EYES settle upon the form of the man before him –––– Ah, immediately he’s able to tell he’s misguided; obsessed with something – he looks diseased.
