Enjoy these delicious gluten-free chocolate cookies that are incredibly simple to make. They are loaded with chocolate chips and are perfectly soft on the inside with a slightly crispy edge.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/3 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 egg. 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, almond flour, and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix them together. The dry ingredients should be mixed with melted butter and vanilla extract. Combine well. Add the egg and mix it in until the dough comes together. The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. Spread out tablespoon-sized pieces of dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Use your fingers or the back of a fork to make the dough a little flatter. Put it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set. After taking the cookies out of the oven, leave them on the baking sheet to cool for a while. Move the cookies to a wire rack to cool all the way down. No gluten in these chocolate cookies, so enjoy them!
