These Espresso Chocolate Chip Cookies are the perfect combination of rich coffee flavor and classic chocolate chip goodness. The addition of instant espresso powder gives these cookies a delightful kick of caffeine, making them a great treat for coffee lovers.
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one. The instant coffee powder and vanilla extract should be mixed in well. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl. Ingredients: 1 box 3 oz flavored gelatin Jello, any flavor. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 large egg. Food coloring optional. Sprinkles optional.

Put the flavored gelatin, butter, and sugar in a bowl and mix them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Mix the egg and vanilla extract into the butter mixture until everything is well mixed together. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl.
