This summer, treat yourself to some delicious mocha popsicles to cool off. They are the ideal combination of chocolate and coffee, making them a cool and decadent treat for any hot day.
Ingredients: 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled brewed coffee, milk, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is well combined and the sugar and cocoa powder are fully dissolved. Add the chocolate chips and mix them into the coffee mixture. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid. To remove the popsicles from the molds, briefly dip them in warm water to loosen the popsicles, then gently pull them out. Serve your homemade mocha popsicles and enjoy!
