As much as we have enjoyed January with all of the snow, we are now looking forward to a few events coming up in February and March! Make sure you save these dates as you will not want to miss them!
First up, Believe in Books Literacy Foundation will be a participant in the MWV Ski Touring and Snowshoe Foundation’s 30th Annual Chocolate Festival once again! The “Sweetest Day on the Trails” will take place on Sunday, February 24th starting at 11 am. Festival goers must purchase a pass through the MWV Ski Touring and Snowshoe Foundation to enjoy the many stops on and off the trail system that will be offering sweet treats. If you purchase a pass, make sure you stop by the 100-Acre Wood Sugar Shack to sample some delicious chocolate and maple treats!
Next on the calendar, mark your Saturdays starting on March 2nd for the return of our Storybook Character Breakfast Series! Beginning with Cat in the Hat on the first Saturday, then each Saturday following enjoy visits from Curious George, Cinderella, Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan, Beauty and the Beast, Tigger, and of course the Lorax, we are sure to have an amazing time! We hope to see you at the Theater in the Wood for these special visits! Stay tuned for more info about this series!
