Ingredients: 250g chocolate pasta. 2 tbsp cocoa powder. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 tsp salt. 2 tbsp unsalted butter. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish.

Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the chocolate pasta until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Over medium heat, whisk the cocoa powder, heavy cream, sugar, and salt together in a saucepan until everything is well mixed. Stir in the vanilla extract and unsalted butter until the butter melts and the sauce is smooth. Toss the cooked pasta in the chocolate sauce so that it's covered all over. Add whipped cream and chocolate shavings on top and serve hot.
