Ingredients: 1/3 cup popcorn kernels. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips. 1 tablespoon butter. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: In a large pot with vegetable oil, pop the popcorn kernels and set them aside in a large bowl. Melt the butter, milk chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in between, until smooth. Add a small pinch of salt and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture and stir. After the popcorn has been popped, pour the melted chocolate mixture over it and gently toss to coat it completely. After spreading the chocolate-covered popcorn onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, allow it to cool until the chocolate solidifies. Break the popcorn into clusters and serve after the chocolate has solidified.
