Nixing Plastic Wrap

I got these silicone food savers in three different sizes to keep already cut produce fresh. No more need for plastic wrap! I purchased two packs, each with three sizes. They easily stretch and conform to the shape of the food though.

will be the death of me. Here are some notes on arteries, veins, and capillaries. My method for studying and note taking:

Print all PowerPoints

Read the chapter

Make key notes on loose leaf

Take notes on the PowerPoint print out during lecture

Color code notes after class and during the weekend when I have time

Type up study guides using beginning of PowerPoint learning objectives

If I don’t need the notes anymore I upcycle them for my kids to play with then recycle them. It’s a bummer that I have to use so much paper, but I can’t learn without a paper and pen method.

When planning for this trip, I had assumed it would be easy to stick with the #vegan diet since rice and beans seems like such a Mexican food staple. However, beans without pork lard seemed to be lost in translation. ⠀ ⠀ I couldn't find fresh whole beans on a single menu... was very confusing and surprising to me. ⠀ ⠀ However, I was lucky to come across El Salud, a local health food restaurant with vegetarian and vegan options. I enjoyed this Thai Peanut tofu and quinoa bowl while people watching on a bustling Puerto Vallarta street. ⠀ ⠀ Apparently the "fist bump" is universal though, as the waiter gave me one in appreciation for bringing my own reusable chopsticks to enjoy the meal (this set from @onyxcontainers) My favorite stainless steel water bottle from @geysa_products is also featured in this pic!
