It was a quiet night but it wasn’t too late for the child. The lit moon shined over the two of them like a beckon. The two Pillars enjoyed the sounds the night brought with grace. He ate away at his treat without a care in the world but his all burning gaze set their course towards the child. The young one had only sat there staring at the shared ohagi he was given ----- It wasn’t the first time he seen him like this. Always and constantly lost in thought but he had grown use to these customs and simply accepted them.
A silent gasp. Did he hear him right? Happy to find him? Not a single lie could cover his happiness from such words. A mentor & student. A Pillar & former Tsuguko. An older & younger brother. but lets leave behind all titles to enjoy this moment. It shocked him to hear. A few words can really leave someone in AWE, huh. Hands raised itself into the air as it came down towards the child’s hair to ruffle his black locks. A chuckle came from the Wind Pillar as he smiled, a smile he hadn’t shown in such a long time. One of gratitude and happiness. “ Is that so ? ----- Then eat the ohagi if you mean it. I worked hard on getting the best. “ Oh, how he enjoyed these moments and hoped that it would never end . . . and maybe one day he would bring Genya along for all of them to enjoy . . . when its peaceful.
