Under the circumstances,,, of course he would be! He has grown up completely differently! With love! But also with many questions……………And then, MY question becomes… well, why does it have to be akechi and not my oc? These are the things that would have gotten me lambasted on deviantart back in the day or something. But then I think. Well. I just like Akechi! And Adachi as Akechi’s uncle is something I love to explore ,, and stuco is certainly the …. Extent of thinking about what would happen if Adachi never got arrested and truly raised Akechi himself. Hitoshi/Akechi/Akira is such a funny funny trio,,,
looking back I feel like I focused a lot on the manipulative behavior of akechi when I wrote that,,, I’ve been in a couple throuples myself and it’s never really like that ,, it’s more about filling space /pos!!,,,,, I think shuake brings a silliness to Hitoshi’s life and levity that he greatly needs,, shushi (🍣) brings an intellectual fervor over a shared hobby (cooking) that akechi enjoys listening into,,, and akeshi is like the memories that akira never made, and he gets to live in that space where he doesn’t get all the in-jokes but they make him feel included nonetheless
anyway.
regarding the playlists … gahhh I need to rearrange (and update) them a lot!! I tried to make them chronological wrt each character’s individual stories and their relationships with each other,,, but sometimes I be hearing a song on Sirius XM Lithium or my discover weekly and I’m like. ough. add it….. without thinking abt the order of things…..
my favorite thing to do though, is putting on songs that are the same but have different covers or are linked together on different playlists. It’s a very integral link,,, these are my favorites out of those,,, and I don’t draw choumi enough,, yuutoshi is also fairly new,,, giving them room to breath bc it’s more complicated than what I’m presenting here ,, yuugo is a very complicated guy
[i do also wanna make note too that landslide does have some familial meaning and seems to me to be sort of , about a collapse of romantic, familial, and platonic parts of your life and having to let go of them all to be your own person,,, which we will definitely be seeing in Hitomi’s chapter,, and neither twin will really learn how to be themselves until the very end]

Introducing Yoshizawa Choumi or Mi-chan for short! She’s a character from the next generation/ ‘future’ of anablaze
Shes a detective in training - Choumi moved from the countryside to intern at the police station Blaze works at (more general crime department than homicide tho). Shes using her quirk - Ghost whisperer as a new way to investigate crimes
Shes not too prone to chaos (like some others cough) but she definitely can be a bit of a stickybeak lol. She has shounen protag vibes. Contagious enthusiasm
