Tumblr refreshed before I could reblog it but someone was talking about how weird it is that Chris Hatch is like a pillar of the TS2 modding scene but also the horniest man alive.

Summer, Year 1 kicks off Week 1 with a pool party for the neighborhood children at the Jones' residence.
Beverly Jones has the "Dislikes Children" 3t2 trait so keeping her mood up is fun when it is set to decrease whenever there are children around (using THIS MOD)

Beverly has two children: Helen, a teen, and Edward, a child.
Edward is absent-minded and always on his mother's nerves, constantly clogging the toilet, but at least Helen is a Natural Cook and never burns dinner!
I took a detour to my recreation of Twinbrook to create the "Curios Family Museum" - is this supposed to be a Curious family reference? Idk because Sims 3 spelled it differently.
I guess that's a perfect segue into my announcement of future plans: I am recreating and releasing Sims 3t2 recreation hoods with all families and lore!

Yes. My goal is to get it to work with PicknMix's driving license mod as ... well... Idk what beef PicknMix has with Chris Hatch but ... PicknMix refused to address this conflict so here I go.

The emergency room. The black Sim in the top hat is MD Fields, who has caught a bout of pneumonia. He is the first Sim sick in Roaring Heights!!!!! He is the second Sim to fall ill in Roaring Heights!
What a feat.
And the hospital mod is working so far. I had to really tweak it in SimPe to get it to work with Driving License.
First, the game wouldn't let me call an ambulance from the "Emergency" option. That is still an ongoing issue.
This can be bypassed by plopping down Chris's Travel Debugger (comes with Hospital Mod) and taking a taxi, but alas, another issue reared its head!
Instead of taking my Sim to the hospital, a dialog popped up: It is too late to practice driving!
Strange. Those text lists do NOT conflict - as shown in HCDUplus ... so why the hell would Chris Hatch's hospital mod use a dialog from the driver's license mod?
I guess this is what PicknMix meant on his/her/their website about "an issue that I neither have the time or inclination to investigate" ....
I have a HUGE inclination as the GOD of these creatures.
And if you think I am taking it too seriously, tell it to my therapist.
So, I fixed some instance numbers (I changed the Instances to ones that did not conflict with drivers license mod), replaced the "Unknown BHAVS" to avoid gosub errors, and VOILA!
I still cannot get the ambulance call to show up even if my Sim is sick!
But they can still get there by taxi so ... I'll take it!
Well, ok, this nurse is such a grump.
Basically, the Hospital Mod spawns custom NPCS, so be warned: do not remove it once you download it into a hood or you risk corruption!
It spawns two nurses and a doctor who comes around each day.
But it's 3 am right now, so we won't see him, but we will see these nurses. I used the "Gussy Up" mod to edit their hair to be more Roaring Heights style!
The mod also spawns a Sim in the Law Enforcement Career to patrol and be a security guard.
It's Rusty Galloway! He was in my previous posting ... and he has been annoying the nurses!
I took another Sim, Norma Davidson, who gave the cold to MD Fields, the one that turned into pneumonia, to the hospital as well and it worked again, thank goodness. Gosub errors out of the way ... Gosub errors means that your BHAV reads "Unknown BHAV" somewhere in the code!
Well for now, any Simmers please assist me with the issue of not being able to call the ambulance!!!
UPDATE: Fixed!
But I am also content with how I have it now.
It's a fun mod. The nurses will medicate you, and sicknesses already heal faster on the lot anyway, so Norma and MD both healed without the doctor even having to come by or the nurses having to do anything!
At the most, it adds a new type of community lot to watch drama play out. It even makes the NPC nurses playable while you are at the hospital lot!

Alternative version of Chris Hatch's time controller
Some years ago I sent a PM to Chris Hatch about a problem I had with his time controller (based on Merola's mod) and Gwenke's harvestable trees. He sent me this version, which doesn't conflict! Here is his explanation:
I believe the problem relates to the way the old time controller doubles the amount of idle time when the global idle minutes is called. The way the hex values work if a value is too high it becomes a negative value so instead of idling for a long time it doesn't idle at all. The fix is very simple, instead of doubling the amount of minutes to idle just idle the called amount of time twice. Try this version CJH_TimeController.zip (6kb), it's the old version (which has very few overrides) with the fix from the new version (see TheGlobeHTM.zip for information about the new version)
From what I know, I don't think Chris has made an official upload of this version, so I thought I'd share the link :-)
.....so today I actually looked into the documentation for Angels and Nurses Stuff and...
I wasn't aware this crazy fucker was still updating it, I thought Chris Hatch abandoned it in like 2008
but it's been updated as recently as 2017-2018

Ok, so am I nuts, or did somebody (Chris Hatch I think) ages ago make a mod that allowed one to make 'little people' using an altered version of the child-height sim mesh? But like, it wasn't a 'hacked kid' workaround, it was like an entire hack/mod within itself.
I can't find ANY information about it online, so I might just be imagining the whole thing.
