Today is a very sad anniversary as the very day of April 19, 1995 at 9:02 am the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma was bombed by a former American soldier, Timothy McVeigh with accomplices that completely devastated the building structure and took the lives of 169 people including many infants and babies in the nursery. Among the dead was little Baylee Almon who just celebrated her 1 year Birthday the day before looking so cute and adorable and the next day her picture of her lifeless body all bloodied up was cradled in the gentle arms of fireman Chris Fields who was profoundly impacted by this heartbreaking tragedy as was the city its people and our country. Little Baylee Almon symbolized the magnitude of the tragedy as to the innocent loss of life. This day upon us will be now 22 years and still the pain hasn’t left the families of the victims as they have to go on but never forget their loved ones lost in a senseless tragedy that absolutely made no sense and still makes no sense. I pray for all the victims and their families as another year goes by that sadly will remain in the hearts of those who must go on despite their pain they face knowing they lost someone very precious to them as a result of domestic terrorism. #bayleealmon #chrisfields #oklahomacitybombing #oklahomacity #april191995 #alfredpmurrahfederalbuilding #tragedy #domesticterrorism #deathanddestruction #babynursery #babygirl #1yearold (at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma)
