I love this entire little sequence, because like I said here, you can see the love and admiration and camaraderie between them. They love Lestat, and he loves them, and it's just so lovely to see.

Because that's something I've always loved about the different POVs in the books. The way others observed Louis and Lestat and the way it was always clear that no one else could handle them except each other. 💀

I'm so inconsequential and uninteresting that if I actually were to be a character from The Vampire Chronicles/Interview with the Vampire I would be Christine Clair.

Who is a badass lawyer who has to deal with Lestat's bullshit btw. But in the grand scheme of things (as far as I'm aware) she really isn't a player.

If I were cool I'd be Gabrielle. Let's be honest, I'm not fascinating enough to be Lestat or Louis or Armand or Daniel Malloy.
