This means as we build we still need support for our operations and the building of our vision. (The flip side of this is being new we don't have old ways that waste time and money.) - We monitor our projects to ensure they are in good standing so you do not have to do it yourself. - We educate kids on the importance of giving and global citizenship through our school programs. - We talk to groups, individuals organizations about what being involved in UEnd means and how it can make a difference. What we DO NOT do - Spend money on things we don't need - Have not used UEnd operational money for travel to projects - Operate out of expensive offices - Expense lunches, dinners, meetings or anything else that is not required - No big bonus handouts here (truth is our ED donates a huge portion of his salary back into uend.org) - Have big expense accounts, company cars or heated parking spots (Calgary has the most expensive parking in NA) What will your $5 each month provide? - The ability to continue our hard work to date - The ability to maintain our policy that 100% of your donations for projects go to the project you choose - The ability to expand our offerings to other projects and countries - To scale up what we're doing such as making website improvements - To let more people know about the UEnd tools to help them get involved in changing the world - To enable organizations who's projects are aimed at reducing poverty around the world - To let projects have access to donations from a group of people that may not otherwise have known they existed - you! - To allow us to hire more people to support the efforts of our amazing volunteers. For every 1000 people that sign up we are able to bring on another teammate to reach our targets...and get $16 Million annually flowing to the poorest communities in the world!
