‖ ❊ ‖ The blonde finally got hold of his cold drink, and was heading back on over to his seat after waiting in line at the café. The place was bustling with people. All he wanted to do was finish his studies, and usually a café atmosphere was helpful, but today might not be that day. It was better than staying at home though, and the thought of an iced drink made it even easier to help him from the heat. Summer was hotter now-a-days, no matter where one might travel. That included Bellevue. At least they left their door open.
‖ ❊ ‖ He was almost to his seat, until he ended up bumping into someone and the cup in his hand leaked onto the floor. Thankfully, he didn’t lose all of it, but a good portion was now out of the cup. He did leave his jacket on the chair, so that didn’t get wet, but his shirt did. He looked at the other.
‖ ❊ ‖ “I’ll go get a towel… I didn’t get you, did I?” he frantically wiped whatever was dripping on the side of his cup and got it with the tiny towel that was currently in his hand. It wasn’t big enough to clean the rest of the mess.
“If I did, I’ll grab more towels.” he hurriedly looked around to figure out where the dispenser was.
