My cold has finally moved from my head to my chest which just means I still can't breathe but in a new and more painful way.
The trouble with working from home is now I feel weird about calling out when I know I'd just be sitting on the couch instead of my office chair.
Asthma, What is it?
Alt text: Asthma is a common lung condition that occasionally causes breathing difficulties. Asthma is caused by swelling (inflammation) of the breathing tubes that carry air in and out of the lungs. This makes the tubes highly sensitive, so they temporarily narrow. It may happen randomly or after exposure to a trigger. Although asthma can normally be kept under control, it's still a serious condition that can cause a number of problems. This is why it's important to follow your treatment plan and not ignore your symptoms if they're getting worse. There's also a risk of severe asthma attacks, which can be life threatening.

albuterol shivers me fuckin timbers
So I have something that I’d like to ask the good people of Tumblr (Tumblrites? Tumblronians?) about, because I’m wondering where I stand with something and if anyone else feels this way sometimes.
For those of you who don’t know, aka nobody because this is the first time I’m mentioning this on Tumblr, I have severe asthma (chronic) and chronic hip pain in both hips that has slowly gotten worse over the past six months, with the pain in my right hip more sensitive than the left since the right one popped out of socket a little while ago. I have an inhaler for my asthma and I get out of breath really easy, like walking up the stairs easy, and I do physical therapy for my hip/pelvic pain.
My question is this: because both conditions are chronic and they affect my day to day life (walking, sitting, and sometimes laying down all cause my hips to hurt and walking, both up and downstairs and just regularly cause me to lose my breath, it takes me like five tries to take a deep breath, and I constantly feel short of breath) do I count in the chronic pain/illness community? Because my chronic hip pain isn’t caused by anything other than extremely poor hip strength, and I’m so used to having asthma that I wonder if me and my pain count among others even though it’s not due to an underlying cause and isn’t as extreme as someone else’s.

I did not expect that my chronic disease would trigger again..it has been a while though..
We were packing our things and move them to our new house today..
I remembered my hardships that I had felt when I was a frail little kid, I could not help but shed a tear to those memories.
The usual side effects that I experience in taking nebulized medication are:
rapid heartbeat,
mild tremor and
dryness of the mouth.
I will be fine with continuous scheduled medications :) I will be back soon to write for you all!~ ♠️
I will win this battle! :)
this is kinda stupid but
I'd like to talk to someone who gets it. if you have chronic asthma/ur lungs don't do their job hmu
could use a chat buddy
