I wanted to share this product with anyone who experiences chronic dehydration like I do. This shit really works and has kept me out of the hospital. We got ours at costco but I’ve seen it sold on amazon or you could buy it from their site.
When people express that they don't give blood, maybe try not pestering them as to why? My veins are small and shitty in the first place, and chronic illness prevents me from ever being in the shape to give blood.
