This photo is one I took a few weeks ago when I was waiting for my therapist appointment. I had no idea my necklace was crooked when I took it, haha. This necklace is not for sale but I could make you a similar one if you want and the square brass part is hand stamped with "free to fly". I go to cognitive behavioral therapy because it helps a lot with my mental health. It teaches me healthier responses to different situations that can come up in everyday life. At my therapy appointment today I am going to ask about additional coping strategies for situations that cause me high anxiety. I have a few different strategies for anxiety but I would to learn as many strategies as possible, especially since I still don't have any that work that well for high-anxiety situations. I will write a blog post at some point sharing my techniques for dealing with anxiety, and at that time I will share whatever new techniques I learn today, but feel free to comment or DM me asking for a simple list (without additional explanations about each technique) of my current techniques for coping with anxiety.
