Some Banners/Loading Screens I made for our upcoming VtM Chronicle for LA. Featuring the work tables of three VERY different Kindred from three completely generations. Each of which end up making a appearance in each Act of the Chronicle. Gonna post about them individually since their stuff is long. But so far I hope you like them!

Part 2: Electric Boogaloo of my Loading Screen post for the Loading Screens/Banners I made for our upcoming VtM Chronicle set in 2023 Los Angeles. Featuring my PC turned Storyteller NPC for Act 2. Also my favourite character so far. I love this man even though I doubt he loves me back very much.

Second Act features my Toreador, Malachite Goseyun or just Mal for short. An actor of Mescelaro Apache descent from the late 2000's who was unfortunately embraced against his will at the hands of a particularly predatory producer following a false film prospect in London that led to his embrace in 2011. Now works as a negotiator/courier who travels around America and Europe now that his sire has been thoroughly dead since 2012 but Mal was sort of just, left to pick up the pieces of his trauma that he sustained from his sire and ultimately, an unlife he never wanted. At least when he isn't passing his time playing Performance Artist or Youtube Film Analyst to make something out of his immortality at least.

He's fully independent and takes pride in being an unbound bastard but flip flops most commonly between the Camarilla and the Anarchs depending on the region and who is the most tolerable to deal with. Or simply, who is the most lenient with letting him function as a unbound bastard just trying to do his job and figure out his existence in peace, thank you very much. Though nowadays affiliates himself with the Anarchs of Los Angeles as he found himself a bit of a community among them. In addition to some companionship among the Barony. Who, like himself, still have a very firm grasp of their humanity.

I frankly can't get all that much into his story beyond that though because I do intend on focusing on him as a protagonist outside of Chronicles and such down the line. So you'll see him around a lot.

Decided to pull in some of his more modern sensibilities and personal aesthetics such as through his notebooks and jewelry, not to mention the can of Monster he always keeps by his desk because even as a Kindred, he can't help but indulge himself on that kind of shite. But also play into him being a sentimental fool to a very good degree. He still keeps photographs of his time as an actor, including modelling jobs he did in between gigs just to get an income in and keep himself afloat. As well as family photographs, including of his grandparents and their AIM days, his mom in her youth and the father he never met because he walked out on him before he was even bornreminder of, what his father even really looked like. He still has the Tiffany Revolvers his old Nos Friend stole from the Armoury Museum as a gift for him, despite the fact that their friendship did. Not, have the best of ends. He's even got names for them. Silverheel and Sampson. In homage to Jay Silverheels and Will Sampson respectively. As for the bloodied files at the center of it all. The job he does generally is dangerous, so it's no surprise that some of the files and contraband he'd carry back and forth ends up covered in blood, be it his own or others.

IN DEPTH DESCRIPTION OF MY BANNER/LOADING SCREEN POST. If you wish to see all three Act banners together, feel free to refer to that one, but this is the Loading Screen for Act 1 of my VtM Chronicle set in 2023 Los Angeles and a blurb on the character it is attached to. Aka, the Bootlegger. First Act we got Silas Davenport, our Brujah Bootlegger who was in embraced in 1925 while working as a Smuggler during the Prohibition era. Aggressively Smoke coded. Very big guy of interest, he's a Veteran Anarch and one of the oldest Brujah around, albeit doesn't have as much of a presence out of nothing but personal choice because he's grown tired of fighting and tired of fixing other people's bullshit, simply. Now runs a gang that barters resources, connections and information instead of booze, on top of being a very prevalent proprietor after he earned all his sire's speakeasy joints and property when his sire was killed by the Camarilla back in the 40's. And since Nines found out through his missus, Memphis, that he was still very much alive and well awake from his old man nap following the events of October 2004 he has since been begrudgingly roped in by the Downtown Baron in what can best be described as a mutually respectful collaboration. Where Silas helps Nines keep Downtown in one piece through his information and resource plug job. Especially because Silas is one of those Kindred that essentially has eyes everywhere. Decided to predominantly focus on some key things about him. He's an old bastard who is archiac in his own little ways despite being surprisingly well caught up on the modern way of going about things, simply because he is a firm believer of if it ain't broken, why replace it? Especially when the old stuff works just as well if not even better than the new stuff. Prevails especially in his belongings. He still smokes the old fashioned way. He still enjoys his booze, namely his scotch, his bourbon and his whiskey. He still totes around a Tommy Gun he nicknamed Susan because it's got a heft to it that he actually likes unlike the light weighted feel of modern day fire arms, AND takes care of Susan like a baby. He still has a thing for the Blues. Among other things.

He doesn't particularly care for being presentable. He's a rugged old bastard who doesn't care for appearances nor authority and it shows.

Not to mention he holds a very deep affection for his wife, whom he embraced with her full consent on their wedding night so that they could live together for eternity. They've been happily married since the 1960's. He gave her the choice to remain human by his side basically so she still had the choice to grow old and die in peace by his side but still have the privilege of living as a human woman. She chose a life with him instead.

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST. Part 3 of my Loading Screen/Banner post for our VtM LA Chronicle set in 2023. Featuring the oldest (American) Character I've made so far within VtM who'll be playing a role in Act 3 of our Chronicle.. Our Scholar. Ina.

Also known as Sokanon. A Tremere Elder of Algonquin descent who was embraced in the 1770s after being taken in by an Irish Witch named Fiadh Malone who basically raised her in her teenaged years as an Apprentice starting from the mid 1740's before she was old enough to be embraced. Has been around for 275 years as of current in our Chronicle, basically been a nomadic Autrakis since, especially after her sire just, disappeared on her.

And now she works as a Scholar and Anthropologist whose main purpose in life is to try and make sense of the world that she is now a part of, studying not just the nature of Kindred but of the supernatural realm in general, on top of partaking in her ever prevailing curiosity of humanity as well from time to time.

Has since become the Sire/Grandsire of a very minor "House" per say off the coast of Minnesota known as The Miskwi Nishime. Translates to the Blood Sisters. Though they also refer to themselves as the Daughters of Yarrow due to the Yarrow flowers that'd grow around the "Witch House" as the locals call her sire's old estate. Though she isn't a leader of theirs, that honour goes to her two childer she's picked up since. She just comes and goes from the Witch House as a respute or workshop from her studies. Decided to fully focus on her nature as a Scholar here but also the fact that she is ancient by current day standards, on top of a woman who, despite going through immense hardship, never lost sight of her identity. But on the other hand carries her own indifference that comes with the Elder status. She is still a Kindred at the heart of it, and her table is the most bloodied of them all in stark reminder that she has been around a lot longer than what even some Ancillae can comprehend.

So I started pulling out old illustrations and postcards depicting vampires, fae and angels intertwined with letters and old historical photographs. As if they were momentos of her travels over the past 2 nearly 3 centuries, kept for reference as she'd further her studies. Ofcourse, all dispersed between her leatherbound notebook that stands in stark contrast to Silas' and Mal's, and sketched up diagrams of garou she'd study from a safe distance and a bloodied rendition of The Book of Nod she essentially stole off the corpse of a Tzimisce she killed to study their philosophy to better understand their philosophy. She still has the ivory letter opener that was gifted to her by a scholar of the Gilded Age, and owns paraphinalia from her tribe that she's had for centuries at this stage. Her knife is actually one in a pair, her main weapons she carries around everywhere. Not to mention, the yarrow. Ever present on her work desk. A connection to her "daughters". A call back to her home, or at least her place at the Witch House.

Decided to surprise my friend by drawing his Nos from our Fall of London game for his birthday. Especially since we're doing our first IRL VtM session this Sunday for his special day. So. I made this.

Also this silly little doodle I made of his guy.

In homage to the epilogue of our last session where he decided to be a menace to society and rob the Royal Armouries Museum.
